Justin Ericsson, Co-Founder and CEO
Justin Ericsson’s professional background combines extensive startup experience with years of software development and professional services delivery and management. His first professional job was also his first startup, with Business Web Advantage, Inc., a specialty Web design firm assisting small businesses located in Phoenix, Arizona. Shortly after starting his business, Justin accepted a position with marchFIRST, Inc., a global professional services firm and the single-largest Web consultancy in the world. Over the next several years, Justin successfully worked on enterprise Web application projects where he managed key project deliverables for marchFIRST clients such as The Dial Corporation, AdvancePCS, Avnet, and SuperShuttle.
Justin left marchFIRST in late 2001 to launch Essemble IT Solutions and develop Essemble’s productivity software, Small Business Suite (SBS). After deploying SBS, Justin laid the ground work for Essemble’s new enterprise-level software and services, EssembleES. Essemble’s Enterprise Services is helping clients build a strong Internet presence with powerful technology and marketing solutions.
Justin graduated from Arizona State University with two degrees (business management and business finance). While attending Arizona State, Justin held the position of Executive Vice President (Iota Xi) for Alpha Kappa Psi, a National Business Fraternity with over 70 chapters across the United States. While serving his term at Iota Xi, Justin received numerous awards for his excellence in the organization.
Justin is also actively involved in the Arizona Technology Community and serves as a board member for several Networking and Technology organizations.
Jim Goulakos, Vice President of Internet Services
With over 25 years of combined sales, marketing and business development experience in IT and Computer Products distribution and sales, Jim serves as vice president of Internet Services for Essemble IT Solutions where he is responsible for building and leading the company’s Alliance Relations and Sales organization.
Prior to joining Essemble IT Solutions, Jim was Senior Vice President of Operations and Marketing with Kinetic-e, LLC, an e-commerce and application development software company. Jim led the company to profitability in its first year of operation. While there, he managed numerous application development projects and grew revenues by 90% in its second year.
Previous to Kinetic-e, he held numerous management positions over a 14 year span for Avnet, Inc. including that of Area Business Manager for A.C.T.I., Inc. Avnet’s professional services division with branch locations in 24 major metropolitan location throughout the United States.
He is a founding member of Arizona Citizens for Homeland Security, a pending non-for profit consortium with representatives from local business, law enforcement, and the private sector. A veteran of the technology industry, Jim mastered and delivered his sales, marketing and leadership expertise with industry leaders including Avnet, GE, and Northrop DSD.
He graduated from DeVry University with a degree in Computer Science and pursued post-graduate studies at the Rio Salado University in Organizational Behavior Management.
